No Good Deed — Season 1

Paul and Lydia clash over their future and fend off blackmail threats as they watch potential buyers tour their painstakingly renovated Los Feliz home.

As Lydia's second thoughts send Paul scrambling, she shares an emotional moment — and advice — with Sarah. Margo attempts to mix business with pleasure.

Lydia and Paul disagree on how to handle Mikey. Carla discovers just how close Dennis is to his mom. Leslie and Sarah run up against some harsh truths.

Lydia's actions force Paul to face memories he'd rather forget, Margo schemes to salvage things with JD, and Carla puts the brakes on Denise's big plans.

When the for-sale sign comes down, the stakes go up. As Leslie and Sarah lurk, Margo and JD try to edge out the competition by cozying up to the Morgans.

While Paul helps Nate look for Mikey, Lydia plays hardball. Making nice becomes a labor of love for Carla. Shocking discoveries shake two marriages.

Rumors about the house push Paul to cut a deal as Lydia faces the music. JD reels from Margo's lies. Carla can't bear to hide a huge secret from Dennis.

Paul and Lydia argue over next steps, family revelations rock Dennis' world, and an offhand comment leads to a damning new clue — and a path to closure.
